Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using NeedlePointer (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Apple Standard End User License Agreement

Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

NeedlePointer offers optional in-app purchases. These purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID.

Remove Ads: A one-time non-consumable purchase that removes advertisements from the App.
Premium Monthly: An auto-renewable monthly subscription that unlocks premium editor tools and removes ads.
Support the Creator: An optional repeatable consumable purchase that supports future development and does not unlock additional features.

Premium Monthly Subscription Details

Subscription title: Premium Monthly.
Subscription length: One month.
Price: $1.99 per month in the United States. Pricing may vary by country or region and is shown before purchase.
Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Managing or cancelling: You can manage or cancel the subscription in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

User Content and Data

You retain ownership of content you create in the App, including projects, patterns, photos, notes, stash items, and progress entries. Your content is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, in your personal iCloud account.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for backing up your own data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss or indirect damages arising from use of the App.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page.
